What is World Class Inspections™?
World Class Inspections™ is a level of achievement that
dealerships can attain in their service departments that is based on specific
vehicle inspection measurement process. As part of the World Class Inspection
program, service departments are ranked with a Bronze, Silver, Gold, or World
Class status. World Class Inspections are achieved through rigorous
measurements related to: implementation, training, hardware, the ARGIS
measurement system, software tools and field support.

Implementation/Training: Revamped processes and
training are required to set a solid foundation for World Class Inspections.
MPi uses a 3 pronged approach based on the proven John Wooden teaching
methodology of Explanation, Demonstration, Imitation and Repetition.
The training offered includes offsite "Super User" and process
development workshops, Web-based training classes with post testing for all
users as well as in-dealership coaching and on-the-job training.
Hardware: Dealerships may be required to upgrade
infrastructure and user devices. MPi offers a full suite of equipment that
supports the World Class Inspection process including rugged technician
laptops, high speed duplex laser printers and high speed wireless networks.

which enable management to control this process. The World Class Inspection

The World Class Inspection system helps increase shop throughput. For this
reason tools to help improve technician efficiency and productivity are an
important part of the package. The ARGIS software includes a "one of a kind"
service information and diagnostic tool with the exclusive Knowledge Cluster
Technology, (patent pending) to speed up diagnosis and repair.

Our installation process generally requires 60 days.
How does it work?
ARGIS™ is the culmination of more than a decade of research
around the productivity issues facing service and repair technicians. Initial
studies have shown that technicians who use ARGIS™ fix vehicles better
and faster. The patent-pending tools and techniques in ARGIS™ cut
“comebacks” in half and improve technician productivity by more
than 37%. MPi achieves this through patent-pending KnowledgeStreaming®
algorithms – which deliver the right information directly to the
technician in the repair bay. In fact, MPi’s wireless productivity
support system reduces the time technicians take to acquire the knowledge
required to repair a vehicle by 80.4%, and reduce the number of steps required
to find the information by a factor of up to 20 to 1.
MPi's Vehicle Maintenance (ARGIS/VM™) system is the first
to marry diagnostic information from an automobile's onboard diagnostic system
with customized and highly structured repair information based on content
received from each manufacturer. The system then walks the tech step-by-step
through the correct diagnostic and repair process via a highly intuitive
interface. This system is delivered on a wireless, tablet-PC platform reaching
technicians in the repair bay.
MPi's Quick Service (ARGIS/QS™) system is the first to
"systematize" the process of developing a customized Treatment Plan
for an individual car. This comprehensive Know Your Vehicle™ Report
combines information obtained from physical inspection, scheduled maintenance
recommendations, missed maintenance activities, recall notices and technical
support bulletins. Initial studies show that approximately 15% of the consumers
bringing their cars in for service will want this comprehensive inspection
service. The average customer pay repair up-sell average is $125 per
inspection.
