Les Silver, Chairman AND CEO
Mr. Les Silver is Chairman and CEO of Mobile Productivity, Inc (MPi). As a
leading 30 year automotive industry veteran, Mr. Silver has had an influential
impact in helping automotive dealers achieve high profitability, increase CSI
and has created business platforms that have paved the way for innovative
products and services to be introduced to the OEM marketplace. At MPi, Mr.
Silver has provided strong leadership in developing processes, metrics and
software solutions that enable automotive dealerships to achieve World ClassT
results in their service and repair departments.
Prior to MPi, Mr. Silver spent 20 years as the founder and CEO of Newgen
Results Corporation. Newgen was the originator of the 'closed loop' Customer
Relationship Management System and provided its services to over 7,000
automobile dealerships in the United States. While at Newgen, Mr. Silver was a
member of the project team that created the retail business growth strategy for
Ford Customer Service Division. This team also developed the QCM and AtW
programs and deployed them to over 3,500 Ford and Lincoln Mercury dealers.
Mr. Silver was first introduced to the automotive industry in the early 1970's
as a vehicle salesperson and F&I manager at a Lincoln Mercury dealership in
his hometown of Winnipeg, Canada.
Mr. Silver holds a masters degree in computer science from the University of
Manitoba.
David Boyle, President and COO
Mr. David Boyle is the President and COO of Mobile Productivity, Inc.
(MPi). Mr. Boyle brings 20 years of automotive sales, marketing and management
experience with specific expertise in the areas of CRM, e-CRM, process
improvement and selling to retail automotive dealerships. Prior to being
promoted to President of MPi, Mr. Boyle was the Sr. Vice President of Sales and
Marketing in which he headed MPi's national sales organization focused on
helping new car dealers achieve World Class results in their service and repair
departments using MPi's World Class InspectionT Program. As a founding member
of MPi, Mr. Boyle has contributed to the development of MPi's EDGE solution
that enables service departments to increase their customer pay repair profits,
CSI and better manage their fixed operations using the industry first WCI
management reports.
Prior to MPi, Mr. Boyle had a rewarding 15 year career with Newgen Results
where he held a Vice President position.
Bob Pringle, Executive Vice President and CFO
Bob is a seasoned leader and 20-year veteran of technology ventures ranging
from startups to Fortune 100 businesses to private equity firms. He has
conceived, founded and built businesses to $25-50 million in revenue, and is
skilled in managing full P&L, strategic planning, raising capital in
private and public markets, sales and marketing, operations, technology, merger
and acquisition, financial planning, recruiting and cost-containment. He has
broad experience in applying technology to accelerate the growth of businesses
of all sizes. Mr. Pringle holds a BS from the University of Pennsylvania's
Wharton School of Business, a BAS from the University of Pennsylvania's Moore
School of Electrical Engineering, and an MBA in Finance with honors from the
University of Chicago.
Howard Blumstein, Sr. Vice President of Sales
Howard Blumstein has over 20 years of automotive industry experience. Early in
his career Mr. Blumstein worked for ADP where assumed several diverse VP level
assignments including sales, service, finance, and national account branch
management. After leaving ADP, he founded a local automotive buying and leasing
service serving Credit Unions and various Chambers of Commerce. Mr. Blumstein
later joined Newgen Results in a field sales capacity and through a series of
promotional opportunities, eventually assumed the responsibility of VP of
Sales. He holds a Masters degree in Management with a specialization in
Information Processing.
Tim Ingram, Sr. Vice President Operations
Tim Ingram joined MPi after a distinguished 26 year career with ADP, Dealer
Services. He brings to MPi extensive experience implementing hardware solutions
and software applications in automotive dealerships in addition to his
experience with customer service relations. He leads a multi-talented team of
MPi Engineering and Implementation Support associates.
