Les Silver, Chairman and CEO
Mr. Les Silver is Chairman and CEO of Mobile
Productivity, Inc (MPi). As a leading 30 year automotive industry
veteran, Mr. Silver has had an influential impact in helping
automotive dealers achieve high profitability, increase CSI and has
created business platforms that have paved the way for innovative
products and services to be introduced to the dealership
marketplace. At MPi, Mr. Silver has provided strong leadership in
developing processes, metrics and software solutions that enable
automotive dealerships to achieve World Class™ results in their
service departments.
Prior to MPi, Mr. Silver spent 20 years as the
founder and CEO of Newgen Results Corporation. Newgen was the
originator of the 'closed loop' Customer Relationship Management
System and provided its services to over 7,000 automobile
dealerships in the United States. While at Newgen, Mr. Silver was a
member of the project team that created the retail business growth
strategy for Ford Customer Service Division. This team also
developed the QCM and AtW programs and deployed them to over 3,500
Ford and Lincoln Mercury dealers.
Mr. Silver was first introduced to the
automotive industry in the early 1970's as a vehicle salesperson
and F&I manager at a Lincoln Mercury dealership in his hometown
of Winnipeg, Canada.
Mr. Silver holds a masters degree in computer
science from the University of Manitoba.
Richard Holland, President
Richard Holland, President MPi. Mr. Holland brings over 30 years
of results-driven, senior leadership experience in the automotive
industry. He is recognized expert in information technologies and
automotive dealership operations and a frequent speaker to national
automotive audiences.
He was the founder and President of Arkona, a leading tier I
dealer management system (DMS). At Arkona, he led an evolving
business engaged in the development of disruptive technology by
deploying ERP solutions in a SaaS offering. Under his leadership
Arkona revolutionized the DMS paradigm by lowering customer
investment by up to 70% while building a profitable and sustainable
business model. In 2007 he negotiated the acquisition of Arkona by
DealerTrack, Inc. and remained through 2010 as Vice President and
General Manager leading the management team through a successful
transition.
In 2011 Mr. Holland joined MPI's parent company Service Repair
Solutions, as Chief Strategy Officer. He holds a Bachelor of
Science degree in Accounting from the University of Utah.
Tim Ingram, Senior Vice President Operations
Tim Ingram joined MPi after a distinguished 26
year career with ADP, Dealer Services. He brings to MPi extensive
experience implementing hardware solutions and software
applications in automotive dealerships in addition to his
experience with customer service relations. He leads a
multi-talented team of MPi Engineering and Implementation Support
associates.
Howard Blumstein, Senior Vice President of
Sales
Howard Blumstein has over 20 years of
automotive industry experience. Early in his career Mr. Blumstein
worked for ADP where assumed several diverse VP level assignments
including sales, service, finance, and national account branch
management. After leaving ADP, he founded a local automotive buying
and leasing service serving Credit Unions and various Chambers of
Commerce. Mr. Blumstein later joined Newgen Results in a field
sales capacity and through a series of promotional opportunities,
eventually assumed the responsibility of VP of Sales.
He holds a Masters degree in Management with a
specialization in Information Processing.
