ARGIS™ Quick Service/Know Your Vehicle
MPi’s ARGIS Quick Service™ (ARGIS/QS™), also known as the Know Your Vehicle Treatment Program, is a customized inspection process that enables service departments to increase customer pay repair sales to maximize revenue available to them. Service Advisors and Technicians have the ability to increase repairs sales by offering customized and detailed vehicle inspections that evaluates the complete “health” of the customer’s vehicle. Upon completion of the inspection process, the customer receives a full color, detailed but easy to understand report that highlights the “health” status of their vehicle. The report provides complete explanations regarding the repair needs, which includes pictures and a detailed cost analysis. The reports are developed to better educate the customer about their vehicle safety and maintenance needs.
